Warehouses are busy workplaces where efficiency directly affects profitability. Shift changes, visitor traffic and crowded access points can all slow work down. Warehouse flow analytics based on counts at the building’s doorways shows how many people enter, leave and are on site.

WELLPOINT People Counters provide those counts without cameras.

Real-Time Visibility at Access Points

Counters beside staff and visitor entrances or the doors of break rooms count entries and exits. WELLPOINT.cloud shows them by hour and day and calculates current occupancy as entries minus exits, based on the latest synchronized counts. The data is real-time, with data updates every 5 minutes on PLUS and PRO (hourly on LITE).

The counter sees the doorway only; it does not follow people through the warehouse. That is often enough to see when access points get crowded, for example at shift changes, and to stagger start times or open another door.

Optimizing Productivity and Safety

Historical data reveals recurring peaks at entrances and in shared rooms. Managers can use it to spread shifts, breaks and visitor appointments more evenly and plan labor around the busiest days. For safety planning, they compare current occupancy with the permitted maximum they have set for the building.

Privacy-First and Scalable Infrastructure

The Pulse V3 does not capture images or identify visitors. Only anonymous entry and exit counts are transmitted from the counter. It does not monitor individual employees, which makes it easy to explain to your data protection officer and employee representatives.

Several warehouses can be managed in one WELLPOINT.cloud account, so teams can compare sites using the same figures.

Data-Driven Logistics Optimization

With dependable counts at the access points, managers can plan shifts and space from data rather than impressions.

The WELLPOINT People Counter (Pulse V3) is mounted beside the door at 1.2 to 1.4 m, works indoors between 0 and 40 °C and runs on a 5 V USB power adapter. Built-in mobile data means no network cable and no setup on the company network. Devices and plans are on visitorcount.com.
